WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?

All orders are subject to a handling period before dispatch.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your item has shipped.

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 4 p.m. on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

Please allow the following estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: Up to 10 business days (varies by location)


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we offer international shipping!
However, please be aware:

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees levied by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

WHY DON’T I SEE MY TRACKING INFO?

It’s normal for tracking updates to take up to 48–72 hours after your order ships.
In some cases, tracking may appear blank until the carrier scans the package at a major facility. We recommend checking again after a few days.


HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY DIGITAL PRODUCTS?

Digital items — such as audiobooks and animated editions — are delivered via email.

You’ll receive:

  1. An order confirmation email right after checkout

  2. A follow-up email with a secure download link to your product
